• HOW TO CHOOSE A SUITABLE GOBO PROJECTOR 
  In order to choose the necessary projector model, two factors must be taken into account: - the distance from the Gobo projector to the surface where the image will be directed. The greater the distance, the more powerful the Gobo projector is needed; - the illumination of the place where the projection will be directed. The darker the place, the brighter the image will be. BUYGOBO projectors differ in power from 50W to 700 W.
• WHICH ILLUMINATION ENVIRONMENT IS BEST FOR PROJECTIONS?
  Please keep in mind that darkness is our friend. Daylight and sunlight are disruptive influences. Trying to make light visible in light is comparable to trying to see white drops in a white color; you need contrast. Shadows, dark areas, or cloudy skies provide some clarity for images, but the clearest are achieved in total darkness and can be projected over far greater distances.
• WHY DO YOU NEED A GOBO LENS?  
  Gobo slide (lens) is a 1 mm thick thermal glass on which a pattern is applied with a special laser machine. 
• WHICH LOGO FILES IS BETTER?
  We can accept logo files from nearly all sources. But we strongly recommend sending AI,CDR or PS format files.if you don't have,Please try your best to supply the highest resolution available for your artwork .please send your logo files to our email after payment .buygobo@gmail.com
• WHAT SURFACE IS THE BEST FOR PROJECTION?
  The best surface is a white one because it reflects the light better. But light coloured surfaces, pink, yellow, light blues and greens etc. are also passable alternatives. Mirrors and stainless steel surfaces should be avoided because they reflect the whole of the light. Goods on display in cases, on shelves or in shop windows can also be good surfaces for projection.
• WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
  We deliver all orders within 9-14 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please keep in mind we produce your order after payment, we do not simply grab your order from a warehouse. Please understand before you make a purchase with us, that these orders are custom BUILT TO ORDER.
